Ingredients

Instructions
- Cut the ripe avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh into a blender or food processor.
- Add the Greek yogurt, buttermilk, and freshly squeezed lime juice.
- Stir in the minced garlic and onion powder.
- Add the dried dill, dried chives, and freshly chopped parsley.
- Drizzle in the extra-virgin olive oil.
- Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper according to your taste.
- Blend the mixture until smooth, adding water 1 tablespoon at a time until you achieve the desired consistency.
- Taste the dressing and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
